Our committed producers

Because we are aware there can be no cheese without milk, we take it to heart to maintain strong links with our milk producers, all located in Burgundy and Champagne, to make quality cheeses together: Chaource PDO, Époisses PDO, Brillat-Savarin PGI, Soumaintrain PGI, Saint-Florentin, Délice de Bourgogne…

50 producers within an 80-km radius of our 3 cheese dairies. We have around 65 French cows per farm, including breeds such as Swiss Brown, Simmental, Montbéliarde and Prim'Holstein.

Fair remuneration: 100% of our farmers' milk is remunerated at a fair price, which is calculated based on the value of our cheeses and milk production costs, using the IPAMPA index. Our 5-year contracts give producers visibility and include quality premiums to reward their commitment. The fact that some dairy farms have been collecting milk for almost 50 years bears witness to our relationship, based on trust and loyalty.

Autonomous collection: 100% of the milk we collect comes from farms under exclusive contract with the company. In 2024, we collected 31.6 million litres of milk.

We implemented a breeding charter in 2024, integrating our commitments to responsible and sustainable dairy production, while supporting our farmers and animal welfare, and ensuring the quality of our products.

This is an integral part of our Lait Demain (Milk Tomorrow) approach.
