Our drivers play an essential role in milk collection. They travel the roads of Burgundy and Champagne to collect fresh milk directly from our partner producers, within a 30 to 50 km radius of our cheese dairies. Their punctuality and discipline ensure that the milk arrives at the cheese dairy quickly and in the best possible condition.
Our maintenance technicians keep our equipment and facilities running smoothly. Their technical expertise ensures that our production tool is always operational, enabling us to manufacture without interruption and in the best conditions.
