Ingredients

  • 1 Lincet Chaource PDO (250 g)
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g of flour
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 20 cl of oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • Approx. twenty mint
  • leaves, chopped
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to th.7 (200°C).
  2. Pour the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Make a well and break the eggs in the centre.
  3. Add the oil and milk. Mix gently until you get a thick paste.
  4. Season with salt, add the chopped mint and diced cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin. Bake for 35 min.
  6. Check from time to time with the tip of a knife.
  7. Serve warm or cold, as an aperitif or with a green salad as a starter.
