INGREDIENTS FOR 4 NORDIC BAGELS

  • 1/2 Lincet Saint-Florentin
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • A few leaves of Mesclun
  • Fallot blackcurrant mustard




INGREDIENTS FOR 4 “ITALIAN” BAGELS

  • 1/2 Lincet Saint-Florentin
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • A few pieces of preserved tomatoes
  • Fallot tarragon mustard

Preparation

  1. Open the bagel in two halves.
  2. Spread the inside of both halves of the bagel with Saint-Florentin (with a layer about 1 cm thick), and spread a tablespoon of mustard on top.
  3. Place the slice of salmon/Parma ham cut into strips, add a few Mesclun leaves/pieces of preserved tomatoes, and close with the top of the bagel.
